Getting Involved

Not everyone wants to get involved in the same way, but we would greatly appreciate your help. For example:

Volunteer Your Time

Supporters and volunteers are the "life-blood" of any charity - we constantly need your help and support to make our charitable aims come true. Whilst our main need is for a sustainable £1.5m EVERY YEAR to run our service, there are many ways in which volunteers can help us get there. Please contact us for more details - we are always updating our volunteer register and we will aim to find some way in which you can assist us, to suit both the time and effort that you are able to give us.

Write a Letter or Sign a Petition

We encourage all of our supporters to make contact with their MLA, and even their MP, to urge them to support the introduction of a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service into the North of Ireland. If you would like a sample letter, please contact us.

There is also an online petition, and although not organised by us or specifically supporting us, we would encourage our supporters to consider signing - after all, the main question is - "why is there NOT an Air Ambulance service in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland? - these services exist, and are widely used across the rest of the UK, Europe, and worldwide.
